Photos From Our Visit to the African Burial Ground

 

Yesterday, intrepid students from both day and evening sections of LAW 2301 (Estates, Trusts and Wills) spent their afternoons exploring the African Burial Ground in lower Manhattan.  We had a great tour guide, National Park Ranger Sean, who spoke to us in the Visitor’s Center and then took us outside to explain the many symbols contained in the memorial.

    COOL 🙂 I enjoyed very much. Is always good to learn some history.
    I offered my New Yorker born friend to take her there.. she doesn’t know about this place! sight!
