Welcome to The Dearly Departed, the blog connected to Professor Mary Sue Donsky’s Estates, Trusts and Wills course in the Department of Law and Paralegal Studies at New York City College of Technology (CUNY) in Brooklyn, New York.  Some of the writing here (including the work of some of my finest students) is about the estates of rich and famous people.  Some pieces are about different ways decedents have been honored through art.  Other postings have  more tenuous connections to Estates, Trusts and Wills but I hope they are interesting to you anyway.
